About Orion Tech Solutions

Thank you for being on my website. My name is Rigel, and I am the founder of Orion Tech Solutions. I am a tech specialist with experience in wifi and network setup, troubleshooting, and expertise in both Mac and Windows operating systems. In addition, I am well-versed in cable management and can assist with general IT troubleshooting, including issues with printers, emails, and Microsoft Office.

How I got into tech is an exciting story. It all started growing up curious about how everything in the world works. Growing up in the beginning era of the internet brought about the privilege of looking up anything I was fascinated about without having to nudge someone with a question.

Fast forward to middle school, I joined my school’s lego robotics club, and from there, I became a nerdy tech person. Fast forward to high school, I was the go-to person for many of my peer’s tech questions, and then in college, one of my friends thought I was good at explaining tech solutions and that I should help out their grandmother, so I did, and they were they a great student, and told their friends and so on. Within a year, I assisted many people around the city, and I didn’t realize it then, but I was a freelance tutor and solutions finder.

Finding solutions is excellent, but my approach to correcting issues is to teach, and seeing someone understand is a fantastic feeling for me and the person I am helping. So if you decide to work with me, I will do my best to correct your issues and hopefully teach you something about the process.
